Serbia plans to buy armed drones from China, marking the first time the world’s second largest economy will export unmanned military aircraft to Europe.  Aleksandar Vulin, the Serbian defence minister, said the delivery expected in coming months “will greatly strengthen the Serbian military, which will gain capabilities it has not had in the past.” The initial order is reportedly for nine Chengdu Pterodactyl-1 drones, known in China as Wing Loong, with a possible future order for an additional 15.
