NDSU Year End Celebration Scheduled for Friday, May 10
North Dakota State University wrestling is scheduled to host its annual year-end celebration for the 2018-19 Bison team, family, friends, and alumni from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Friday, May 10, upstairs at the Sidestreet Grill & Pub located at 404 4th Ave. N. in Fargo. Breaching Whale Hits Boat Off Seaside Park
SEASIDE PARK, NJ — A breaching whale crashed down on a boat off Seaside Park on Monday, throwing the boat’s occupants into the water but causing no injuries to either the humans or the whale, police said. The incident happened off D Street in Seaside Park shortly before noon, according to an administrator of the Friends of Seaside Park Facebook page, who witnessed it. The boat, named Nothing But Net, is a smaller-model Sea Hunt fishing boat. The two men apparently were fishing at the time, witnesses said. Report: Backlash Re-Scheduled, Not Canceled
In correcting a previous report, Dave Meltzer stated the WWE Backlash pay-per-view will be re-scheduled and not canceled. Many reports circulated days ago that WWE canceled Backlash because it was scheduled for June 16, just over a week from a big show planned for Saudi Arabia on June 7. Brazil did it again!
Final match of the Volleyball World Championship in Japan did not bring big fight. Poland could not respond to a perfect Brazil performance. Brazilian team performed great volleyball and won easy in three set. Brazil did not start well World Championship, losing first game against France 3-0. From this moment Brazil set up new volleyball show, beating every team without big problems. The biggest difference between Brazil and the others during the championship was the speed of sets and the Brazil attack. Ricardo (brazilian setter) tear up all the opponents defence on the net. The South Dakota State University wrestling team kicks off the Big 12 Conference portion of its dual season Friday, traveling to Utah Valley. Action is slated for an 11 a.m. Mountain Time (noon Central) start at the UCCU Center on the UVU campus in Orem, Utah.
