WWE Announces Jerry Springer Segment For Next Week's RAW
WWE has announced that popular talk-show host Jerry Springer will be appearing at an upcoming edition of WWE RAW. Following the season three premiere of Total Divas on E! this Sunday night, Springer will be appearing on the following night’s RAW in Baltimore, Maryland. WWE Confirms Ric Flair Had Surgery
As noted earlier, it was believed that Ric Flair missed last week’s advertised NXT Takeover 2 appearance due to Flair undergoing surgery. WWE has since confirmed the story, posting the following update on the company website: WWE Legend Ric Flair is recovering from successful surgery and will miss tomorrow’s scheduled guest referee appearance at SmackDown. Ric is doing well and we look forward to him returning to WWE in the near future. Another Top TNA Name Expected To Be Finished With The Company Soon
According to multiple sources, there was a lot of talk backstage at the Impact Wrestling television tapings in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania last week that Austin Aries could be parting ways with TNA due to his contract expiring. While we don’t know when Aries’ TNA contract officially expires, it is worth noting that during the summer when Aries was not being advertised for the 2015 TNA U.K. tour, many considered this a sign that his deal with the promotion would be up before the end of this year. – Despite his injury, WWE Superstar Roman Reigns will still be making his scheduled appearance at Ringside Fest with Dean Ambrose next weekend in New York City. Also scheduled to appear are The Bella Twins and the WWE Tag-Team Champions, Goldust and Stardust. – WWE will be “going pink” again in October for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. At Thursday’s NXT tapings, the ring ropes were pink for the episodes that will air in October. The crew came out and taped the roles yellow again for the shows that were filmed for November.
