OGC Nice have made an offer for Rapid Bucharest winger Rares Ilie (19), according to Loïc Tanzi. The Romanian U19 international made 36 appearances in the Romanian top-flight last season.  After a successful domestic campaign, Ilie also featured in the group stages of this summer’s Euro U19 tournament, where Romania failed to advance to the knockout stages.
