73-YO Japanese Man Kept His Mentally Ill Son Caged For 20 Years, Report Has Shocked Everyone

A Japanese man has been arrested for allegedly keeping his mentally ill son confined in a small cage for 20 years. The police arrested 73-year-old Yoshitane Yamasaki was arrested on suspicion of caging his son who is 42 at his house in city of Sanda in Hyogo prefecture, police told AFP.
