New WOH World Champion Crowned At ROH Final Battle

ROH Final Battle will go down as one of the most memorable shows in Ring of Honor’s tenured history for many reasons, not the least of which is the crowning of a brand new Women of Honor World Champion.

In a fast-paced, high energy bout between four of the WOH division’s best talents, 27-year-old Kelly Klein defeated incumbent champion Sumie Sakai, Karen Q and Impact Wrestling Knockouts legend Madison Rayne, ending Sakai’s inaugural 251 day reign as title holder.

Not only did she win the bout, but the so-called “Gatekeeper” was made to look like a major star with this victory, eliminating all three of her opponents one-by-one.
