Two Big Matches Set For Next Week’s WWE NXT After Takeover; War Raiders in Action, Bianca Belair Steps Up

WWE has officially announced two big matches for next week’s episode of NXT on the WWE Network, which will be the first show following this Saturday’s huge NXT Takeover: Chicago special.

Stepping into what may be her first real program, Bianca Belair will challenge the more experienced Dakota Kai in what will be her first real challenge since arriving on the black-and-yellow brand. The self-proclaimed “EST of NXT” has been impressing more and more each week since debuting in the Mae Young Classic, and just this week had her first noteable backstage promo segment. Kai has also been gaining momentum of late, challenging NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler just last week – albeit unsuccessfully.

Secondly, the War Raiders will graduate beyond easy squash matches next week, after answering the open challenge from Shane Thorne and Nick Miller, now collectively known as The Mighty.

WWE will be taping both matches this Saturday night prior to NXT Takeover: Chicago, and our team’s going to be on-hand live in Chicago, so we’ll have full spoiler-filled results for you immediately after they happen at the Allstate Arena.
