UK Stars Announced For Upcoming NXT Live Event, Who Did Kurt Angle Face at WWE Birmingham?

Kurt Angle wrestled his first match at a WWE Live event in more than 11 years today in Birmingham, England. The Olympic gold medalist teamed with Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose to take on Samoa Joe, Cesaro and Sheamus. We’ll have complete results from WWE Birmingham up on the site soon.

UK Stars Confirmed For NXT Live

It’s been a big week already for several WWE UK Superstars after “The Bruiserweight” Pete Dunne made his debut on Monday Night Raw in a segment with Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore. Many more were announced for Tuesday’s episode of 205 Live, with Tyler Bate, Mark Andrews, Joseph Conners and James Drake all competing inside a WWE ring.

WWE.com has now confirmed that four UK stars will appear at the upcoming NXT Live event in San Antonio, TX. It will be UK Champion Pete Dunne teaming with Mark Andrews to take on Trent Seven and Tyler Bate, just one night before Dunne defends the title against Johnny Gargano at NXT Takeover: War Games.
