Keylor Navas not planning to leave PSG

RMC Sport report – via AS – that Keylor Navas has indicated his intends to stay at Paris Saint-Germain going into next season, despite losing his spot as number one to Gianluigi Donnarumma.

The Costa Rican has impressed in his two seasons with the club so far since his move from Real Madrid, but competition with the Italian has seen both goalkeepers frustrated with the past campaign.

“No team can guarantee that you’ll play, but I consider that when a player is a competitor and can start every game, it makes sense that they wouldn’t enjoy a situation like last season’s.”

“Too many things have to happen in order to leave a club, so it’s not as easy as selling a horse, to put it on a truck and strike a deal. There are lots of things which are important, decisive, which you value for the future in order to be calm.”
