AC Milan have made initial contact with Vincent Koziello

Serie A side AC Milan are understood to have made initial contact with the entourage of 21 year old central midfielder Vincent Koziello.

The OGC Nice player and French youth international has not featured in the starting XI to the same extent as he did with Claude Puel last season.

Despite denials from Koziello’s camp to Nice Matin several weeks ago when the links first appeared, the Italian side continue to be persistent in their enquiries about whether or not a move could be possible next month.

The definitive answer to AC Milan is likely to be no, from all parties concerned, but the interest from this particular Italian giant should alert Les Aiglons that they may have to take steps to secure Koziello’s future at the club.
