Callum Hudson-Odoi: Chelsea ‘confident’ teen sensation will sign new £100-a-week contract
There is growing confidence at Chelsea that Callum Hudson-Odoi will sign a new contract over the summer, reports claim.
The 18-year-old looked set to join Bayern Munich in January after submitting a transfer request, but the Blues rejected four separate bids from the German club.

Any hopes of joining the Bundesliga this summer have been scuppered by his ruptured Achilles, with Bayern thought to be considering alternative targets, such as Manchester City’s Leroy Sane.
With just one year remaining on his contract, Chelsea are desperate to tie Hudson-Odoi down to a new deal.
And according to the Daily Mirror, the club fully expect the England teenager to commit his future to Stamford Bridge by signing a huge £100-a-week contract.
It is understood the Blues will also offer Hudson-Odoi the no. 10 shirt, which will be left vacant by Eden Hazard when the Belgian completes his highly-anticipated move to Real Madrid.

Chelsea would be unable to sign a replacement for Hazard if their transfer ban is upheld, so Hudson-Odoi’s future has become their top priority.
However, the winger could miss the beginning of next season through injury.
Hudson-Odoi underwent successful surgery in April after limping out of the Blues’ 2-2 draw with Burnley and experts say it can take up to six months to recover from a ruptured Achilles tendon.
