Boxer Errol Spence Jr. was thrown out of his Ferrari during a car crash early Thursday morning in Dallas, according to CBS 11 News and Fox 4.

The Dallas Police Department has not confirmed the identity of the male. But law enforcement’s description of the driver says he is a black 29-year-old, which matches Spence.

Photos of the accident show a mangled white Ferrari. CBS News 11 said people “within the boxing community” are telling them the driver is Spence.
Spence is the unified welterweight champion. He’s held the IBF title since May 2017 and the WBC title since September 2019. He’s 26-0 with 21 career knockouts.
