The Autumn/Winter 2009 Pepe Jeans London children’s collection contains elements of the adult line with a series of both retrospective and current influences wherein London remains the main point of reference. Throughout, Pepe Jeans revisits the branded prints and  embroidered motifs that have for 35 years been a recognisable symbol of quality, premium streetwear.

The collection is colourful, fresh and fun-loving. ‘New basics’ have a London street vibe combined with the preppy American college trend. 73 Denim

This edgy junior part of the 73 denim collection incorporates the strong rock and folk influences of the adult range. Technical leather jackets for boys have an industrial influence. For girls, the folk trend is represented with decorative elements such as coins, appliqués and embroideries; blouses with small printed motifs can be layered with knitted waistcoats.

Jeans and tight dungarees are both strongly washed for a largely vintage feel alongside other cleaner, more classic styles that can be worn with shirting for a smarter look.
