Murder Convict Celebrates Birthday In Style; Mutton-Rice Party For Fellow Inmates In Bihar Jail

In a hilarious, albeit shameful, incident that has been caught on camera inside the premises of Sitamarhi jail in Bihar, a murder convict is seen celebrating his birthday in the best of his spirits.

The video that has now gone viral has once again raised serious questions over the functioning of Bihar police and it comes barely a few days after none of the guns in the 21-gun salute at the funeral of former Bihar chief minister Jagannath Mishra fired their blanks.
