Fraudster Nirav Modi Will Continue To Be In Jail As UK Court Rejects His Third Bail Plea
Diamond businessman Nirav Modi, who is one of India’s most wanted economic offenders, will continue to remain in Wandsworth prison in London after the Chief Magistrate at Westminster Magistrates Court rejected his bail plea.

This is the third time that the UK court has rejected the bail application of Modi who was arrested by the Scotland Yard in March.
Earlier, presenting his case, Modi’s lawyer had offered to double the bail security to £2 million and stated that he would stay on 24-hour curfew at his London flat.
