Becky Lynch Critical of Possible Gronkowski Move to WWE

If there’s one thing we know The Man doesn’t like, it’s a mainstream star who has never had to work their way up through the ranks before getting A-List treatment from the WWE and the latest example Becky Lynch took aim at is former New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski.
Rumors are swirling that Gronkowski could make the jump to wrestling now that his career with the NFL is over, and he already made a cameo at WrestleMania 33. Considering Lio Rush already seemed to call Gronk out on Monday Night RAW in Boston this week, there appears to be fire where there’s smoke concerning these reports.
Lynch, who is embroiled in a feud with one such mainstream darling who rocketed straight to the top in WWE in RAW Women’s Champion “Rowdy” Ronda Rousey, told TMZ she doesn’t look kindly on the rumors about the former football player getting the fast track to a WWE career.

“Some of us almost get fired and have to work our way and scratch and claw, and then we come to the main event,” Lynch said.

“Other people are like here you go, here’s your debut match at Wrestlemania … see you at Wrestlemania.”

“Wouldn’t that be nice to never have done anything in wrestling and just go into Wrestlemania? I would love that”
