Arsène Wenger on Thomas Lemar: “He decided not to leave Monaco.”

Speaking on Téléfoot today, Arsenal manager Arsène Wenger confirmed that he bid €100m for AS Monaco attacking midfielder Thomas Lemar, but that the French international decided to stay with the Principality side.

“He is a player with an incredible ability. He is interesting in terms of his off the ball movement, he is always ready to receive the ball. He is complete. He has a form of dangerous quality in his final actions.”
