Breaking News: Major Heel Turn Ends WWE Hell in a Cell as Kevin Owens Defeats Shane McMahon
The boys are back! In the closing moments of Sunday’s WWE Hell in a Cell pay-per-view, Kevin Owens defeated Shane McMahon in a brutal, devastating main event. But the victory was not unassisted.
As the Smackdown Live commissioner plummeted more than 20 feet from the top of the cell, crashing through an announce table below, Sami Zayn made a surprise appearance to pull his most bitter rival to safety at the last second. Not ten feet away from McMahon’s young children, Zayn then dragged Owens’ body on top of his opponent, screaming at the referee until he begrudgingly counted to three.

Most fans already know that Owens and Zayn (formerly Kevin Steen and El Generico on the independent scene) have been best friends throughout their entire wrestling careers. The duo broke into the business together, moving from promotion to promotion, collecting championships and cementing their place in the industry before finally arriving in WWE back in 2013.
What does the future hold for Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens going forward? Are the boys back together, or was this a one-time fluke? Join us for Smackdown Live this Tuesday night to find out!
