Carabao Cup quarter-final draw: Start time, how to follow live and ball numbers for Liverpool, Man United and rest

The Carabao Cup returned this week as sixteen teams fought it out for a place in the quarter finals.

Premier League leaders Liverpool beat Arsenal in an Anfield classic on Wednesday night while, over at Stamford Bridge, Manchester United edged past Chelsea thanks to Marcus Rashford’s stunner.

Lower league sides Colchester and Oxford are still in it and will be looking to claim a giant killing in the last eight with reigning champions Manchester City also in the hat.

The four ties for the next round will be decided this week and here’s everything you need to know about the draw.

Carabao Cup draw: Where and when?

The draw will take place on Thursday, October 31.

It will take place at around 8.45am and is being broadcast live on BBC Radio 2.

It will be a part of The Zoe Ball Breakfast Show with former England goalkeeper and League Cup winner David James picking the balls.

The draw will not be shown live on television but rather on BBC Radio 2 on frequency 88.1 FM – 91.0 FM.
