Championship results: Leeds thrash Stoke, Huddersfield’s dismal form continues, Charlton beat Brentford to continue unbeaten start

It was another frantic day of action in the Championship, with Leeds United and Charlton both maintaining their unbeaten starts to the season.

Goals from Stuart Dallas,  Ezgjan Alioski and Patrick Bamford inflicted the dissapointing result on Stoke, who now have just one point from their opening five games of the campaign.

Meanwhile, Huddersfield continued their dismal start to the season with a defeat to Reading as goals from Ovie Ejaria and Michael Morrison sunk the home side, who remain without a win in the Championship.

Huddersfield, relegated from the top flight last season, have won just once in the whole of 2019 and have taken just seven league points since January 1.

And elswhere, Charlton continued their blistering start to the campaign with a win over Brentford at Valley Floyd Road, with Conor Gallagher getting the decisive goal for the Addicks.
