Demon Kane Meets ‘The Fiend’ in Surprise Return to WWE Raw

As noted, Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs appeared on Monday Night Raw tonight in several segments with R-Truth, but the “Big Red Machine” ended up donning his classic tights and mask as the Demon Kane before the night was over.

Kane marched to the ring in the closing moments of Raw, saving Universal Champion Seth Rollins from a 5-on-1 attack at the hands of Dolph ZIggler, Robert Rood, AJ Styles and The O.C.

While he managed to fight off the attackers, the living legend couldn’t get past a surprise visit from The Fiend. Bray Wyatt’s psychotic alter ego crashed Kane’s return and put him to sleep with the Mandible Claw, just like he has done with the likes of Jerry “The King” Lawler, Finn Balor, Kurt Angle and Mick Foley.

The Fiend will face Seth Rollins for the Universal Championship next month, inside Hell in a Cell.
