Starrcast has had its shares of moments in Chicago this weekend, but one under the radar moment is worth checking out involving Marty Scurll. Scurll invited a fan onto the stage who had a WWE Cruiserweight belt with him. After come coercing, Scurll got the fan to drop the title in the trash.
