Fulham make €18m bid for Jean-Clair Todibo

RMC Sport report that Premier League newboys Fulham have submitted an €18m offer to Barcelona today to sign French central defender Jean Clair Todibo.

Ligue 1 side Rennes have in recent hours activated their network to attempt to sign the 20-year-old, with Sporting Director Florian Maurice having given the ex-Toulouse man a call last week.
