In A First, India To Hold Talks With Afghan Taliban, At ‘Non-Official Level’

For the first time India will share a platform with the Afghan Taliban, in a meeting on Afghanistan hosted by Russia.

But New Delhi which maintains that all peace efforts in Afghanistan must be led, owned and also controlled by the Afghans is not taking part in the meeting in an official level.
