Liverpool vs Arsenal LIVE commentary: Full talkSPORT coverage of Premier League clash plus match stats and team news

Liverpool and Arsenal go head-to-head at Anfield this weekend in one of the biggest Premier League games of the season so far.

The two are the only top-flight clubs to have won both of their matches to open up the 2019/20 campaign.

Liverpool have beaten Norwich and Southampton while Arsenal have seen off Newcastle and Burnley.

At least one of their perfect records will go this weekend as they face off on Merseyside.

The Reds finished just a point off Manchester City in the title race last season and are looking to finally end their wait for a top-flight crown this term.

Meanwhile, there is increased optimism around the Gunners following their successful summer and good start to the year.

It sets up an intriguing tie at Anfield and talkSPORT’s GameDay special will bring you all the action.

Liverpool vs Arsenal: What has been said?

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp: “There are different types of team spirit, the team won the Champions League last season so it would be strange if they didn’t [have good team spirit].

“It’s about being able to kick the butts of your team-mates, not just having drinks together.

“I liked what Hendo [Jordan Henderson] said in pre-season when he said ‘we’d be friends forever.’ Not best friends, you’ve got to be able to push each other for now.”

Arsenal boss Unai Emery: “I think the motivation for us is very big on Saturday. We are going to have some Arsenal supporters helping us and it’s a big challenge.

“It’s going to be a different game to Burnley because the team is different. They are going to demand different tactical issues, but we want to play and show how we are now.

“It’s a big test to show their capacity and our capacity.”
