Manchester United 1-0 Inter Milan: Red Devils fans excited for the future as youngsters Mason Greenwood, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Tahith Chong shine in pre-season win

Manchester United fans are convinced their future looks bright after some good performances in pre-season by their youngsters.

The Red Devils beat Inter Milan 1-0 in Singapore with the only goal of the game coming from 17-year-old Mason Greenwood.

Inter goalkeeper Samir Handanovic could only parry Ashley Young’s free-kick and the young forward took a touch a fired into the corner with 14 minutes of the match.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be pleased with the performances from the likes of Greenwood and Aaron Wan-Bissaka in the Singapore Stadium.

Tahith Chong also impressed on the wing and forced Antonio Conte’s side into a number of fouls.

United fans were also raving about the performances of all three on Twitter.

Greenwood was compared to a young Robin van Persie for the way he took his goal.

Chong also received the plaudits for how he performed against Inter with fans excited to see more of him throughout the season.

New £50million man Wan-Bissaka is proving a big hit with the supporters and can already see why the Red Devils shelled out so much for the England Under-21 international.
