Marco Verratti out for EURO 2016

Marco Verratti will miss EURO 2016 this summer after it was announced that he would be undergoing surgery on the 16th of May.

The Italian international has spent the majority of the second half of this season out with groin problems, and it is these ongoing struggles that will keep him out of the tournament this summer.
