Newcastle vs Arsenal team news: Youngsters Chris Willock and Reiss Nelson start with Nicolas Pepe and Alexandre Lacazette on bench

Unai Emery has put his faith in youth for Arsenal’s Premier League opener against Newcastle.

Chris Willock and Reiss Nelson start, while summer signings Nicolas Pepe and David Luiz have been named as substitutes.

Alexandre Lacazette, who injured his ankle during pre-season, is only fit enough for the bench.

There is also a surprise start for Calum Chambers, who spent last season on loan at Fulham.

Meanwhile, Steve Bruce has handed a debut to £40million club-record signing Joelinton and Manchester United target Sean Longstaff starts in midfield.
