Top UK independent company, PROGRESS Wrestling has announced that one of NXT UK’s top stars has suffered an injury, pulling out of tonight’s show.

PROGRESS Wrestling tweeted out that the first ever WWE UK Champion and former NXT Tag Team Champion, Tyler Bate has suffered an injury, with no exact details being given regarding what the injury is.

Bate was set to be going one on one with Timothy Thatcher at PROGRESS’ Chapter 77 show, and the company has stated they are working on a Plan B at the moment. The show will be main evented by WALTER facing Zack Sabre Jr.
