Play off starts in Greek Volley League

In the last round’s games many teams were ineffective trying to hide their weapons for the playoff games. 

Panathinaikos finally managed to grab a point in the game against PAOK Thessaloniki’s and now have the chance to fight with EAPatron for staying in the Volleyleague for one more year.

The result of 22nd round

Aris Thessalonikis vs Pamvohaikos 3-0 (25-22, 28-26, 25-17)

Lamia vs Finikas 2-3 (17-25, 18-25, 25-19, 25-16, 6-15)

Panathinaikos vs PAOK 2-3 (20-25, 25-23, 25-21, 21-25, 9-15)

EAPatron vs Ethnikos Alexandroupolis 1-3 (22-25, 33-35, 27-25, 23-25)

Iraklis Thessalonikis vs Olympiakos 3-0 (25-21, 25-19, 25-23)

Two games are scheduled on Tuesday (27/03/2012) for the battle between the first four teams of the standings. In Thessaloniki Iraklis will face Pamvohaikos and in Syros the local team of Finikas will play against Olympiakos. The second games are scheduled on Friday the 30th of March and the third (if will be necessary) scheduled on Tuesday (02/04/2012).
