Report: WWE's SummerSlam Plans Could Change With Heyman/Bischoff Roles

— According to the account @WrestleVotes, WWE had originally had some plans laid out for SummerSlam in advance but all of that is now “subject to change” with the appointment of Eric Bischoff and Paul Heyman as Executive Directors of Smackdown and Raw, respectively. They also note that both individuals officially start their new roles next week, presumably once Extreme Rules is done and out of the way.

Was told recently that anything WWE had planned for SummerSlam in advance was all subject to change once Bischoff & Heyman fully start their roles this upcoming week. Good on Vince & Co to allow a legitimate clean start. No forced agendas off the jump. That’s how it should be.

— Meanwhile, Bischoff tweeted that he’s on his way to Stamford, CT as he is moving there with his family as we have previously noted. He’s also stated that he won’t be at Extreme Rules, but it sounds like will be fully in his role beginning next week’s Smackdown.
