Two Big Matches Announced for WWE Smackdown Next Week, Jeff Hardy Defends Title in Tonight’s Dark Match

It was announced on WWE Smackdown tonight that Charlotte Flair vs Becky Lynch will take place on the show next week. Additionally, The Usos and Naomi vs Rusev Day and Lana in a six-person mixed tag team match will also take place on next week’s Smackdown.

Jeff Hardy Defends Title in Tonight’s Dark Match

The dark match before tonight’s WWE Smackdown tapings saw Jeff Hardy retain his United States Title against Shelton Benjamin. The finish saw Hardy score the pin after hitting a Swanton Bomb on Benjamin.
