Who replaces Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang? How Arsenal could line up against Sheffield United

Arsenal will have to make do without their star striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang when they welcome Sheffield United to the Emirates this weekend.

Saturday is GameDay on talkSPORT and we’ll bring you live coverage from north London in between Watford vs Tottenham and Newcastle vs Chelsea!

The Blades are currently four points ahead of their hosts and looking for a remarkable double over the Gunners.

Arsenal have been revitalised under new manager Mikel Arteta, suffering just one defeat in their opening five matches under the Spaniard.

But their leading goalscorer in that time, Aubameyang, will miss the next three games due to suspension following his straight red card against Crystal Palace.

Arteta also lacks options in defence, with Calum Chambers ruled out for the rest of the season, and full-backs Hector Bellerin, Kieran Tierney and Sead Kolasinac struggling with injuries.

Arsenal legend Ray Parlour says he’d love the Gunners to sign John Stones from Manchester City

Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder still expects a stern test, though. He said: “There might be a few questions about where they are in the transition, it was the same when we played Manchester United, but it’s still Arsenal.

“It’s still (Alexandre) Lacazette, (Mesut) Ozil, (Nicolas) Pepe and all the players that they’ve got, so it’s an extremely tough proposition.”

Here’s how we expect the Gunners to line up…
