WrestleMania 24 Ticket Sales, WWE Announces Recent Release, Divas In Playboy

– According to estimates there are approximately 10,000 tickets left for WrestleMania 24 in Orlando. Apparently WWE has sold just over 55,000 tickets have been sold for the event.

– WWE has announced today that they have come to terms on the release of developmental talent Derek Neikirk reports Mike Johnson of the Professional Wrestling Insider. Neikirk had one time been groomed to work as a tag team on ECW with Ryan O’Reilly. O’Reilly is no longer in WWE developmental either.

– As we have reported several times now, WWE Diva Maria will be part of the company’s joint venture with Playboy, with a cover of the magazine that comes out in March as part of the WrestleMania promotion. WWE Diva Maryse Ouellet is the January model in the Playboy 2007 calendar.
