WWE Announces Corey Graves To Replace JBL On SmackDown Live
The shakeup to the SmackDown Live announce team continued on Monday when the WWE tweeted out that Corey Graves will work on both Raw and SmackDown starting with tomorrow’s broadcast of the Blue brand.
John Bradshaw Layfield, who has taken some heat over the past year for bullying allegations, recently announced he was leaving the SmackDown Live announce team.
Graves has certainly added to Raw’s content this year, being involved in both storylines where Big Cass turned on Enzo Amore and Kurt Angle’s announcement that Jason Jordan is his son.
In a domino effect, Nigel McGuinness will take over Graves’ work on 205 Live and Main Event.
Here’s the official word from WWE:
BREAKING: @WWEGraves will take over for @JCLayfield on #SDLive starting tomorrow; @McGuinnessNigel will step in for #205Live and #MainEvent!
