WWE Brand Extension Changes Plans For Brock Lesnar's TV Return
It looks like the WWE Draft has resulted in changing their plans on a number of fronts, including one that involves “The Beast Incarnate.”
Brock Lesnar, who is scheduled to make his Octagon return against number eight ranked UFC heavyweight contender Mark Hunt at the landmark UFC 200 pay-per-view event in Las Vegas, Nevada on July 9th, also has a date on the calendar with WWE.
Lesnar is reportedly scheduled to make his return during the WWE Draft on the first of the new regular, weekly, live Tuesday night episode of WWE SmackDown on July 19th from Worcester, Massachusetts.
WWE originally planned to have Lesnar make his television return a few weeks later than the 7/19 date, however the upcoming brand extension has apparently changed those plans. In fact, at one point, there were discussions of holding off on Lesnar’s television return until SummerSlam season.
